We take your physical health seriously.  Please pre-register for all classes to guarantee reservation.  We ask for 24 hour cancellation in order to avoid a full price late charge.

Pilates Schedule and Rates:

Private* and Semi-Private (2 people) available:
Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-12pm, Saturday 8-11am

Private and Semi-Private sessions are available 12 hours a day Monday through Thursday, and by availability Friday and Saturday.  You and a friend can share the experience of body awareness and strengthening - 2 people sign up for a semi-private and save some money!

*We recommend a series of private Pilates sessions prior to group classes to assure proper form and movement.  This gives you the opportunity to discuss problems or weaknesses that may require adjustments in typical Pilates movements.

Physical Therapy
Please call for insurance billing and cash pay discounts.  Bria will help you to verify coverage with your insurance company prior to your first visit.

Bria is proud to offer instruction to individuals of all fitness levels, ranging from those new to exercise to elite athletes looking for new ways to cross-train for their sport. We offer three levels of group equipment classes and all-level mat classes.

Level 1 – This is a great starting place for students new to group equipment classes. Instructors emphasize the basic principles of Pilates while introducing students to exercises using the reformer and wall units.
Level 2 – These classes are appropriate for students who are comfortable performing Level I exercises on the reformer and wall units and are ready to begin practicing more advance Pilates exercises.
Level 3 – These classes offer a challenging workout for athletic students who are proficient in Level 2 exercises. Instructor permission is required to attend a Level 3 class.
All Levels – The degree of difficulty of these classes is dependant on student attendance. Instructors accommodate students of all levels, offering basic exercises for beginning students with optional modifications for more advanced students.

Please wear comfortable clothing. All props and mats are provided. Bria offers showers and complimentary towel service. You are welcome to bring your own mat, a water bottle and a small towel. Avoid eating large meals prior to classs time. Please arrive ten minutes prior to class time.

We are located at 1107 Elliott Ave W Near Myrtle edwards Park in Inner Bay. We are on the west side of the street; the cross street is Prospect. Driving Directions. Bria offers free parking in our lot and along the west wall behind our building. Ample street parking is also available.  Please do not park in the lumberyard's lot unless it is after 5pm!
